Diggers Rest Horses|Rita
Rita Bonita, also known as our bearded lady, is a tough little brumby mare. She wouldn’t win any ribbons at show for looks but she is a reliable worker. Rita is incredibly comfortable and feels bigger than she is, perhaps because of her disposition. She can go all day, whether on a horse trek or cattle muster. Her foal, Amos, is now a four year old gelding that’s had a bit of work. We’ll see how he goes after the Wet Season.
