It has been an interesting year so far, and it will continue to be so for a while yet! We have been going about our daily lives, working horses, repairing fences, getting ready for our annual cattle muster, all of the usual activities, but with very few people around. It is a strange time indeed!

As regions and borders are slowly opening up again, we are considering our situation and preparing for the possibility of opening by July 1. We have educated ourselves on all of the necessary changes to operate safely in this new world, but we are still working out the how and when of opening, first and foremost trying to determine how to make it financially viable.

The support we have received from all of our associated tourism bodies has been fantastic, namely Kununurra Visitor Centre, Australia’s Northwest, and Tourism WA.

We really appreciate all of the interest in what we have to offer, and we are so looking forward to being able to welcome you out to Diggers again!

We will keep you posted on when our gates will again be open.
