Diggers Rest vaccination policy for 2022
We want to let everyone who is considering a trip to Digger’s Rest Station, and the Kimberley, in 2022 know that we will be following the advice of the Tourism Council of Western Australia, and the requirements of the West Australian government, requiring all staff, guests and visitors to be fully vaccinated for Covid 19 prior to their arrival at Digger’s Rest Station. We have not taken this decision lightly, but we feel it is necessary for the safety of our community, our workers, our guests and ourselves.
As you may already know, interstate and international travelers will need to be fully vaccinated before coming to Western Australia. We have extended this policy to apply to intrastate travelers as well. We are in the process of becoming an accredited Covid VAXXED business, and will have policies in place to ensure we all abide by these requirements.
Everyone wants to get back to traveling and the freedom of movement again, and we feel this is the best and safest way to make that happen.
