Re-educating Standardbreds
We have had our standardbreds for almost a year now! They have spent the wet season out the back in the big paddock with all of the station horses, and managed well with the wet season conditions, all fat and shiney now:) We are bringing them in two at a time to work them, and they are doing great, going from walk to trot to canter without pacing.
These horses have such a lovely nature. We find them to be very relaxed with people, and willing to ride through the bush with walllabies hopping about and cattle wandering past.
